Hospital project was a unique multi-storied commercial building construction with precast-panels on all surrounding wall perimeter, a distinctive rotunda, and a grand curved stair on the main lobby, adding complexity in the detailing specification. This project was one of the highlight of CEI's work during the year. Our detailing precision has given us credibility amongst steel fabricators during our early period of operation. The building design was completed ahead of schedule and below budget, rewarding both our client and the landlord.
