Background
A US leading retail store chain was opening a new store in Beaumont, Texas in late October 2005. Hurricane Rita pummeled through the area in late September 2005, damaging the front half of the store. Immediate re-work was necessary in order for the store to open on time.
Client Need
Our client, a steel fabricator in charge of the construction have to deliver and fabricate the new sets of steel structure as soon as possible since opening date of the store was just a few days away. Our client requested specifically for fast and accurate structural drawings ready for fabrication to repair the damaged areas. Accuracy is essential as problems on the field during erection may push back the opening date.

Background
A US leading retail store chain was opening its first flagship store in Anchorage, Alaska
Client Need
Our client, a steel fabricator for the retail store, had its first exposure working in Alaska. For this reason, first impression of being successful in the area was paramount to our client. Their job scope includes fabrication and delivery of 243.5 tons of steel structures from Florida to Alaska. Our client main concerns were as follow:
